March 19, 2020 Dear Business Aviation Colleagues, During this challenging time, the WYVERN team is doing everything we reasonably can to help control and contain the spread of COVID-19. Our response measures include: 1) Working remotely, 2) Adapting our Safety Leader Training Course to a virtual classroom so that all training can be completed online, and 3) Continuing audit operations via virtual means, to include Wingman and SMS certification audits, as well as IS-BAO and IS-BAH audits. Our IT infrastructure is robust and enable seamless continued support for our clients through our Aviation Compliance Enhancement System (ACES), QSMS, and other support software systems. Therefore, our online Safety Management System, Safety Intelligence Reports (SIR), Pilot and Aircraft Safety Surveys (PASS), and The Wingman Report (TWR) remain available for all aviation stakeholders to make informed decisions. WYVERN is also supporting humanitarian operations to enhance their safety risk management efforts and increase their operational effectiveness. During these trying times we ask that you not forget certain humanitarian efforts, such as Corporate Angel Network whose service is so valuable and priceless for cancer patients needing to travel at this time. WYVERN will do what it can to support this charitable cause, and others, and help them all increase their reach now and in the future. WYVERN’s commitment to excellence is unwavering. We will stand ready to respond to your needs and wish you good health and of course, continued safety. Your Wingmen, The WYVERN Team |
